Loan finance changes!!!!!

Hello All,

 

  I wanted to push out a new change that recently passed through Fannie’s Guide lines. 

 

On September 10^th, Fannie Mae announced it will dropping the max loan to value on standard and My Community Mortgages to 95% on case files initially processed on or after November 16^th.  This coincides with the release of DU Version 9.1.

 

This means there will be no more 97% conv. loans after 11/15/13.  If you know of anyone on the fence looking and wants to save a little going conv. vs. FHA, let me know and we’ll get them closed out before the cutoff date.
